FR Mass Roleplay Development

There's quite a few members who like to RP on this forum, no? So, as a result, we're creating a mass RP for the site that will be the "official" story of the site.

Tony, Moon, and I are making most of this, but suggestions are welcome.

I've come up with some possibilities for the gods/goddesses:

Right now, we need to make the mythology surrounding the gods and goddesses, along with stories of the formation of the nations and the beliefs of each race.

The first Amazon, founder of Paima

Founder of Ubradia, aided the Hero-Queen in her quest

Founder of Ostrcus, first Tyrant of the land

Tiny bit of a thing:
Estexal sought to ravage the land, wishing to make it his own domain, until a brave warrior took a stand.
Mirielda, wielding a sword forged by Huluik and granted power by Jouhime, struck down the Demon Lord.


Ideas for character classifications:
Nobles:
--Lord: Wields swords.
--Duke/Duchess: Wields staves and tomes.
--Baron/Baroness: Wields spears.

Tricksters:
--Thief: Wields swords and daggers.
--Assassin: Wields swords and bows.

Knights:
--Cavalier: Rides a mount. Wields swords and spears.
--Great Knight: Rides a mount. Wields swords, spears, and axes.
--"Tank": A slang term. Heavily armored. Wields spears.

Fighters:
--Warrior: Male fighter. Wields axes and swords.
--Heroine: Female fighter. Wields swords.
--Soldier: Low-ranking fighter. Varies; can wield swords, axes, or spears.
--Archer: Can be mounted. Wields bows.

Mages:
--Sorcerer/Sorceress: Dark mages. Wields tomes.
--Wizard/Witch: Wields tomes.
--Sage: Light mages. Wields tomes.
--Elemental Mage: Mages specializing in certain elemental magics. Wields tomes.

More ideas?

The only thing that comes to mind is a character that uses heavy armor to ram into people senselessly, but that's crazy.

Not a completely crazy idea, a heavily armored unit would be interesting, wouldn't know what to name it though.

Heavy armor would be a tank, no? Haha, so that would be the name? (As in tkaing 9 million damage, like a tank.

And specialized mages, possibly?

I suppose we could call them tanks...

Mmm, so, like, a Flame Mage or an Ice Mage, perhaps?

Shadow Mage? That could be something.

That would basically be the Sorcerer/Sorceress class, though.

I can see Elemental mages, though. I should add that.

Ah. Okay. That works.

I can't think of anything else.

Like the different kinds of swords, etc.

So for swords:

Swords:
--Broadsword: A massive sword with a double-edged blade. Many are the height of an average human. Two-handed.
--Katana: A curved, slender, single-edged blade. Size varies. Two-handed.
--Shortsword: A sword which is shorter than the average blade. One-handed.

I'll need help coming up with the rest of it.

Swords:

--Katar: A dagger with an H-shaped handle. Blade sits above the knuckle. 18 inches in length.

Tomes: Generally small books containing written spells that are specialized, such as being fire or water magic. Some contain multiple elemental spells. It is possible for a sage to use magic without the use of these books.

Possible weapons: Knuckles, Maces, Scythes


Weapons of Legend:
--Excalibur: One of the Lost Densetsu. A sword carrying the power of Jouhime.
--Gungnir: One of the Lost Densetsu. A spear created from the scale of the Drakin King.
--Handriv:One of the Lost Densetsu. A greatest axe to be forged by the dwarves.
--Waranga: One of the Lost Densetsu. A dagger created using metal blessed by the fairies.
--Pendragon: One of the Lost Densetsu. A tome written by the greatest sage in history, said to contain every spell.
--Bresha: One of the Lost Densetsu. A bow crafted by first King of Elves.
--Yuyashu: One of the Lost Densetsu. A staff said to have belonged to Jouhime herself.


The Lost Densetsu: Weapons said to have been used by the heroes of the First Great War, they are extremely powerful, but have been lost to the centuries.

Timeline:
(Pre-War): Year 1 - Creation of the world; First son of [Jouhime born
Year 2 - Second son of Jouhime born
Year 3 - Third son of Jouhime born
Year 4 - First of the Elves, Fairies, and Dwarves appear; Ifiylax, Tuqan, and Exjaad are founded.
Year 5 - Humans and Amazons appear
Year 505 - Estexal becomes the Demon Lord
Year 989 - Mirielda The Hero-Queen is born.
Year 1000 - Axeamin is founded by Mirielda.
Year 1010 - The Great War begins
Year 1012 - Estexal is defeated; The Great War Ends; The Wastelands appear as a result of the war.

(Post War) Year 01 - Mirielda disappears.
Year 2001 - Ascilia is born.
(Present) Year 2023 - Suyiaena is founded by Ascilia; War between Ostrcus and Oscapx begins.
